The 'More News' button on my Lock Screen is grey and doesn't work

When the "More News" button is grey, it means that a story is still loading and therefore you cannot skip past it. This is likely to happen if you are in an area of low network connectivity.

If you unlock your phone and then re-lock it, you should see a new story.
